Donald Starks
President
Don became a master electrician at the Construction Education Foundation. He is certified by the National Center for Construction Education and Research. For over 30 years, his construction management experience includes residential, commercial, and industrial projects as well as the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Electrical Facilities Director. Through DFW International Airport, he became certified in contract management at Mountain View College. Additionally, Don received his degree at Tarrant County College
and has been inducted into Phi Theta Kappa.
